The Thermoplastics Laboratory is a specialized scientific and technological center for the development, modification and quality control of thermoplastic elastomers (TPE). The laboratory provides a full cycle of work with materials: from the creation of formulations and experimental compounds to laboratory testing and industrial validation.

Development approach
The laboratory works on the principle of engineering formulation selection, where each formula is calculated taking into account:
final product requirements and regulatory standards
economic efficiency and stability of production
A digital calculation system is used, which includes modeling of properties (Shore, MFR, density), cost and scaling of formulations from the laboratory to an industrial batch.
